R&D Electric was started by Richard White and his brother Dillan the “R” and “D” from the name of the company. Both Richard and Dillan learned their trade in local 340 IBEW in Sacramento and continued to work with some of the major electrical contractors in the region. Eventually branching out on their own, R&D Electric was created to continue a high integrity approach to electrical installations.
